This Privacy Policy explains what personal information chamonadlibs.com (the “Site”) collects, how it’s used and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what you send through the contact form plus the basic technical data any website receives, we use it to reply to you and run the Site, and we do not sell or share your personal information.

Information you give us
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number (optional), the type of project you select and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your email.
Information collected automatically
Like every website, when you visit the Site your browser sends technical information to our hosting provider, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages and files requested, the referring page, and the date and time. This is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure and fix problems.
The Site does not use analytics tools, advertising networks, tracking pixels or social-media trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
3. How we use your information
- to read and reply to your message and discuss, quote for or book a project;
- to keep records of our conversations and any work we do together;
- to run, secure and improve the Site and prevent spam and abuse;
- to comply with the law and protect our rights.
We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you ask us to.
4. Service providers we use
We rely on a small number of providers who process information on our behalf or provide parts of the Site:
- Netlify — hosts the Site and receives the technical information described above.
- FormSubmit — delivers contact-form messages to our email inbox.
- Google (Gmail) — the email inbox where messages are received and stored.
- Google Fonts — serves the Site’s typefaces, so Google receives your IP address and browser information when fonts load.
- Adobe — provides the video player for the films on the Site; it loads only when you open a film.
When you click through to Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram, Threads, IMDb, Spotify, SoundCloud, BeatStars or other external sites, those services collect information under their own privacy policies.
5. We don’t sell or share your information
We do not sell your personal information, we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we have not done so in the past 12 months. We disclose information only to the service providers above, when you ask us to, or when required by law. See Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
6. How long we keep it
We keep contact-form messages and emails for as long as needed to respond and to manage any project or ongoing relationship, and then delete them within a reasonable time unless we need to keep them for legal, tax or record-keeping reasons. Hosting logs are kept by Netlify for a limited period under its own policies.
7. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, and we limit who can access messages you send. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive information (such as financial or health details) through the contact form.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, or delete it. You don’t need to create an account to make a request: email iamchamon@gmail.com and tell us what you’d like. We may need to confirm your identity (usually by replying from the email address you used), and we’ll respond within the time required by applicable law (generally within 45 days). We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
California and other U.S. state residents: depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct and delete your personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. The categories we collect are identifiers and contact details (name, email, phone, IP address), the content of your messages, and internet activity limited to the technical log data described above. You may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf.
Visitors outside the U.S.: the Site is operated from the United States, and your information will be processed there. Where laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on your request (replying to your message), our legitimate interests (running and securing the Site) and legal obligations as our grounds for processing, and you may also object to processing or complain to your local data-protection authority.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
