1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Chamon Adlibs (“we,” “us,” “our”), an independent creative working in graphic design, photography, film and video production, music production, voiceover and sound design, based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. You can reach us at iamchamon@gmail.com.
2. What the Site is for
The Site showcases our work and lets you get in touch about projects. You may browse, view, watch and listen to the work for your own personal, non-commercial use. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or license any work; any project or licence is agreed separately in writing.
3. Our work and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the photographs, designs, videos, films, music, recordings, text, logos (including the crown logo and the “Chamon Adlibs” name) and the design of the Site itself are owned by or licensed to Chamon Adlibs and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
You may not, without our written permission:
- download, copy, screenshot for reuse, record, reproduce, re-upload or distribute any work from the Site;
- use any work in advertising, merchandise, social media posts, other portfolios or any commercial project;
- edit, crop, remove credits or watermarks from, or create derivative works from any work;
- use any work, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune or prompt artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems;
- scrape, crawl or bulk-collect content from the Site.
Sharing a link to a page on the Site is welcome.
4. Client and collaborator work
Some work on the Site was made for or with clients, artists, brands and collaborators. Their names, logos, artwork, music and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown only to document our role in the project. Photographs credited to another photographer (for example, “Photo Credit: Cannon Proper”) belong to that photographer.
5. Contacting us through the Site
When you use the contact form, you agree to give accurate information and not to send spam, unlawful, abusive or harmful content. Sending a message does not create a contract or a client relationship. How we handle what you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.
6. Links to other websites and services
The Site links to and embeds third-party services such as Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram, Threads, IMDb, Spotify, SoundCloud, BeatStars, Rimshot Entertainment and Adobe’s video player. Purchases you make on those services (for example, buying a song on Apple Music) are between you and that service and are governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We aren’t responsible for third-party sites or content.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Site: no attempts to hack, overload, interfere with or gain unauthorised access to it, no malware, and no use that breaks any law.
8. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, email iamchamon@gmail.com with: your contact details; a description of the work and where it appears on the Site; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner, with your physical or electronic signature. If you find our work used somewhere without permission, please let us know at the same address.
9. No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to keep it accurate and working, but we don’t promise it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components, and to the fullest extent the law allows we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Chamon Adlibs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
